Ryuichi Kitaguchi was appointed president and Co-CEO of the Jervis B. Webb Company in November 2008. He also serves as president of Daifuku America Corporation. Mr. Kitaguchi joined Daifuku Co., Ltd. in 1969. His career includes diverse technical and management responsibilities, including strategic production planning and project management of major projects in North America, South Asia and Europe. He was executive vice president of Daifuku America Corporation from 2004 to 2006 and has served as the company's president since 2007. |

Brian Stewart serves as the senior vice president and Chief Operating Officer. He joined the Webb Company in 1981 as a junior engineer and has held numerous positions, including vice president of engineering and senior vice president of operations. Stewart spearheads Webb's quality initiatives and has achieved ISO certification for all Webb entities. During his 14-year tenure as vice president of engineering, Stewart was involved in all aspects of material handling. Under his direction, Webb's airport baggage handling standards were established, which continue to be the foundation for Webb's airport products today. Stewart received his bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.

| John Doychich serves as senior vice president and CFO, where he oversees the finance and accounting department, as well as information services. He joined the Webb Company in 2006 and has served as vice president of finance and accounting and as director of project accounting. Before joining the Webb Company, he was the CFO for Detroit Door and Hardware Company. Prior to that, he was the executive vice president for Engineering Services Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and is a certified public accountant. He is also a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. |

Jonathan Ball serves as corporate advisor, Daifuku Co., Ltd. and is an officer and member of Webb’s Board of Directors. In his new position, Ball will assist Daifuku and its global subsidiaries in developing and implementing strategies to achieve corporate growth objectives. He joined the Webb Company in 2003 as senior vice president and CFO. Prior to joining Webb, he was a director at the consulting firm Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, which specializes in financial and management consulting. Prior to joining CM&D, Ball was a manager and consultant with Deloitte & Touche. He was also vice president and CFO for several operating units of Riebel Development Corporation. He received a bachelor's of business administration degree and a master's of business administration degree from the University of Michigan. |

As president of Webb-India Private Ltd., SK Ambasta directs Webb's Indian operation which includes overseeing business development, sales management, project management, application engineering, procurement, and the development of international standards for manufacturing facilities. Ambasta received a master's of business administration degree in marketing and finance from Xavier's Bhubaneswar and a mechanical engineering degree from Bangalore University.

Bruce Buscher serves as vice president of automotive & industrial sales and marketing. In that position, he is responsible for leading all aspects of automotive sales, smart handling sales, product sales, and marketing. Prior to joining Webb, Buscher served as vice president of sales and marketing for Pro-face America, which is the North American headquarters for the Digital Electronics Corporation, a Japanese-based automation company. He possesses a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota and pursued his Master's of Business Administration degree at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

| Noel Dehne serves as vice president of automotive contract sales. His duties include overseeing automotive sales managers for North America and supporting overseas automotive sales operations. During his nearly 30 years with Webb, he has worked as a millwright, mechanical engineer and business development specialist. Noel received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He has earned two patents, as well as a Presidents Award for outstanding sales and a Professional Engineering License. |

As vice president and managing director of Jervis B. Webb Worldwide Company and Jervis B. Webb International Company, Dan Ellens oversees business development outside of the
United
States
and
Canada
. He has been involved in international business for more than twenty years. While living in
Bangalore
,
India
, from 1996 until 1998, he managed the development of Webb-India Private Ltd., a joint venture that now dominates its industrial sector in
India
. Ellens joined the company in 1980 and has worked as a designer, estimator, project engineer, and chief engineer. He received a master's of business administration degree from
Michigan
State
University
and a bachelor's degree in business administration from
Cleary
College
and a degree in mechanical engineering from
Calvin College
. He has published two books, one about his experience in
India
, and is an active speaker for industry association conferences and technical meetings. He has received six patents in the material handling industry.

Kenneth Hamel is vice president of the company's Airport Systems. He is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and strategic planning for the company's airport business, including maintenance services and operational activities. He joined the Webb Company in 1979, and through the years his responsibilities have included customer design studies, system development, computer simulation, sales and program management for integrated handling systems. He has served as both chairman and vice chairman of the Integrated System Council of the Material Handling Institute.

As vice president of manufacturing, Lon McAllister is responsible for leading all aspects of manufacturing and quality for Webb Company. Before joining the Webb, he served as a business consultant specializing in developing and implementing manufacturing solutions for Hill-Dale Inc., in
Elmhurst

Ill.
McAllister received a master's degree in operations management from
Lewis
University
and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from
Purdue University
. He holds numerous
U.S.
and international patents and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. |

Rob Meijer is the director of the Jervis B. Webb Company of Canada Ltd. In this role, he oversees all Canadian operations and is responsible for facilitating communications between the Canadian and United States offices. Previously, Meijer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Meikle Automation Inc. Meijer received a bachelor's of business administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has been a chartered accountant since 1982 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ian Mole is the general manager of Jervis B. Webb Company Ltd. in the United Kingdom and of Jervis B. Webb GmbH in Germany. His duties include overseeing sales and operations for Webb offices in Northampton, England; Ludwigshafen, Germany; Sant Just Desvern, Spain; and Palaiseau, France. He joined the Webb Company in 1990 as a design draftsman (draughtsman) for automotive projects within Europe.

As vice president of information services (IS), Parker Thomas manages strategy for Webb's global information services. He also provides overall management of all information and IS assets, operations, and policies. He joined the Webb Company in 1987. Thomas received a master's of business administration degree from Michigan State University and bachelor's of science degree from Michigan Technological University.
